This resource guide contains a summary overview and appendix tables that identify and catalogue resources that state and local Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) agencies can use to help connect TANF recipients and other low-income families to promising occupations. The guide aims to help bridge the gap between agencies serving TANF recipients, administrators, and direct service staff with workforce service resources and instructions on how to use them.
