Mathematica Senior Fellow Matthew Stagner testified at the January 5 hearing of the Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking in Chicago, discussing the importance of using evidence to improve programs and inform policy decisions. In the video below, Stagner reflects on questions and themes that emerged at the hearing and offers his views on the Commission’s efforts to increase the use of data and evidence in federal policymaking and program improvement.
